Managing Partner / Business Development
Sergio’s lifelong passion for electronics has been the driving force behind his journey with ICC Automation. As Managing Partner, he focuses on business development and system design, but his commitment goes far beyond that. With over 20 years of experience in design, installation, support, and service, Sergio is dedicated to ensuring every project exceeds client expectations. He stays actively involved through frequent site visits and direct client communication, upholding his core principles of quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional service—values that the entire team shares.
Richard Stehle
Managing Partner / Systems Engineer
Richard began his career as an IT consultant over 25 years ago, providing service, support, and installations for residential and commercial clients across Long Island and NYC. In 2000, he co-founded ICC Automation, expanding from IT services to include security, audio, video, and automation solutions. As Chief Technical Officer, Richard oversees the design, installation, and technical support teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial setup to ongoing support. When he’s not helping clients navigate their tech needs, Richard enjoys snowboarding, boating, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Jennifer Cona
Director of Operations / Senior Project Manager
Jennifer joined ICC Automation nearly 20 years ago and has grown with the company from administrative assistant to her current role as Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager. She expertly leads multiple projects, ensuring they progress efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Jennifer’s unparalleled expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure that every client experience is positive, making her an invaluable asset to the ICC team.
