Sergio’s lifelong curiosity with all things electronics perfectly explains his journey with ICC Automation.  While his role as managing partner primarily involves business development and system design, he is committed to staying up-to-date with all projects, service requests and team development.  Frequent site visits and client communication are key to this commitment.  With over twenty years of design, installation, support and service experience, Sergio has a firsthand understanding of what is required in order to deliver an end-result that all can be proud of; his approach has been consistently simple: quality, craftsmanship and superb service are fundamental in exceeding client expectations - this sentiment is shared by the entire team.  

Richard started his career as an IT consultant over 25 years ago, handling service, support and installations for office and residential applications throughout Long Island and NYC. In 2000 he co-founded ICC, expanding from IT services and sales to include security, audio, video and automation. Today, Richard's role as Chief Technical Officer includes managing the design, installation and technical support teams and ensuring that our customer's experience is a positive one - from installation to long-term support.  When not supporting our client's tech needs, Richard enjoys outdoor activities (including snowboarding and boating) with his family & friends.

Jennifer began working with ICC Automation almost twenty years ago; over the years her role has evolved from an administrative assistant, to office manager to site supervisor and now to her current role as Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager. In her current role, Jennifer is responsible for leading the team on multiple projects (large and small) at any given time, ensuring that every project is progressing in a timely and efficient manner, but most importantly: ensuring that the client experience is positive throughout. Jennifer’s system expertise, professionalism and attention to detail is second-to-none.
